What to Bring
Two towels. One for sitting and one for drying off with.

Bathing suit. You may be nude for private bookings or clothing optional sessions.



You may wish to bring a robe to wear between and after sauna sessions or for changing ease.

Flip flops or similar for walking around outside the sauna.

A bottle of water. There is water available but its good to have a bottle for before
and after.
New to sauna and cold plunge therapy?
No sweat! Here's some tips:

First off, do what feels right for you, its not a competition.

Start slow, gradually ramping up the time and intensity to let your body adjust comfortably.

Hydration is key, so remember to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your sessions.

And most importantly, tune in to your body's signals, listen to how it reacts and tweak your approach accordingly.
