New to sauna and cold plunge therapy?

No sweat! Here's some tips:

  • First off, do what feels right for you, its not a competition.

  • Start slow, gradually ramping up the time and intensity to let your body adjust comfortably.

  • Hydration is key, so remember to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your sessions.

  • And most importantly, tune in to your body's signals, listen to how it reacts and tweak your approach accordingly.
